The Council of Agencies Serving the Blind

Welcome to the Council of Agencies Serving the Blind (CASB) page. The Council of Agencies Serving the Blind is an informal association of organizations in southeastern Michigan that provide services to people who are blind or visually impaired. Representatives from the various agencies meet monthly to discuss projects, trends, and changes in their services.
